Charlene Boyd Dacus

Mrs. Charlene Dacus, 89 of Hermleigh,TX died on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder after a lengthy illness.

A private family graveside service for Mrs. Dacus will be held at Hermleigh Cemetery with Mr. Jimmy Hudgins longtime friend officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Dacus was born on October 14, 1931 in Hermleigh, TX to Olen King and Lillian Boyd (Cox) Mason. She married Kenneth Wayne Dacus on February 07, 1953 in Sweetwater, TX. She was a member of Hermleigh Church of Christ and drove a school bus for Hermleigh ISD for 50 years.

She is survived by:

Dan Dacus and wife Kelly, Hermleigh, TX
3) Grandchildren:
Dustin Dacus, Westminster, CO
Delinda Eaton and husband Jeremy, Hermleigh, TX
Dan Kelly and family, Midland, TX

She was preceded in death by her parents O. K. and Lillian Mason

No visitation will be held.
