Services for Mrs. Eckert will be held on Saturday, November 09, 2019, at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Mr. David Jennings officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Eckert was born on January 10, 1958 in Sweetwater, TX to Roscie and Golia (Armstrong) Williams, Jr..She married Nelson Eckert on October 21, 1978 in Snyder, Texas.
