Doris "Dot" Loree Stokes

Mrs. Doris "Dot" Camp Stokes, 89 of Snyder,TX died on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Snyder Healthcare Center in Snyder, Texas.

Service for Mrs. Stokes will be held on Thursday May 17, 2018 at Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel at 10 o'clock AM with Brother Dave Phillips officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Dot was born on Tuesday, February 19, 1929 in Snyder, TX to Henry Carl and Ruby Ethel (Head) Camp. She married Carl Stokes on December 27, 1947 in Snyder, Texas. Carl preceded her in death on September 15, 1997.
Dot worked for Rogers Inc., Snyder Daily news as a bookkeeper and was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She also enjoyed helping deliver meals on wheels for the Scurry County Senior Center and making quilts.

Visitation will be held from 6 PM to 7 PM Wednesday night May 16, 2018 at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
