Mrs. Dorothea Emma Thomas, 80, of Snyder,TX, died on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Hendrick Hospital in Abilene.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Thomas will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Avenue D. Baptist Church with Reverend Charles Lowry officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thomas was born on August 9, 1942, in Blackwell, TX, to James Rodney and Rosie Emma (Carr) Doggett .She married A.Z. on March 19, 1960, in Knox City, TX. She chose to be a USDA Food Inspector and was a member of the Ave D Baptist Church.
