Mrs. Earline Payne, 93 of Snyder,TX died on Friday, March 12, 2021 in Snyder.
A Graveside service for Mrs. Payne will be held on Monday, March 15, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Hillside Memorial Gardens
with Mr. Bob Martin officiating. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Opal Earline Payne was born on August 31, 1927 in Colorado City, TX to Leroy Jackson and Clara Mae (Harrison) Tow.
She married Clarence Weldon Payne, on May 6, 1944 in Colorado City, Texas. They shared 67 years of marriage before Clarence passed from this life. Together, they traveled with the Sojourners and Airstream travel groups. Mrs. Payne owned a drapery shop, worked for the Ira School district, and had a large following in her alteration business. She was gifted with a great artistic talent and enjoyed many hobbies using these talents. She loved watching her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports. She was a member of the 37th Street Church of Christ.
