Starsky, 38 years old, was loved by all who knew him, sadly passed away early Sunday, January 24, 2021.

Starsky was preceeded in death by his daddy, Bill Horton, brother, Randy, and nephews: Trace, Joey, and Cameron.
And 3 aunts: Myrel, Sharron, and Mo(Olene).

Starsky is survived by his mother, Patricia "Punky" Horton; fiancee Crystal Franklin; children: Joey and wife Angela,
Leslie and fiancee Hayden, Emalee, and Gabriel; grandson Jonathan.
Sisters: Rosa Horton, Melanie and her husband Mike Nagle , Jessica and her husband Mike Coleman .
Brothers:Billy Wayne, Corey Gene, and Darrell Horton. Also Aunt NO (Marsha), numerous nieces and nephews..
along with his TUZINS, whom each had a special place in his heart. And we all know countless friends.

For Starsky family was everything and believed in living life to the fullest. He was the life of any party, loud and rambunction,
loved making the Starsky show. At the same time, Starsky had the biggest heart of gold of anyone.
He will forever missed and loved by all who knew him.
