Elizabeth C. (Odom) McCloskey, of Snyder,TX died on Friday, January 22, 2021 in Lubbock, Texas.

A graveside service for Mrs. McCloskey will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at Hillside Memorial Gardens at 2:00 PM with Reverend Mark Snowden officiating. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Elizabeth Catherine McCloskey was born on September 2, 1933 in Menard, TX to Thomas Eli and Mary Isabell (Beam) Starnes .She married Roy Jacob McCloskey on March 17, 1974 in Snyder, Texas. She taught school in Snyder ISD for 37 years and retired as a teacher. She was a life member of TSTA, and a past president for the local CTA - Alpha Steedy Club. She enjoyed teaching sunday school for the Senior Seniors. She loved the book of James in the Bible. She was also an Eastern Star member.

Visitation will be held January 26, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
