Florence Mae Adams

Mrs. Florence Mae Adams, 77, of Snyder, TX, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Snyder Oaks Nursing Home and Care Facility. A graveside service for Mrs. Adams will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Stamford City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Adams was born on October 20, 1947, to Clarence and Mae Bell (Starnes) Harwell in Corsicana, TX. She married David Oscar Adams on June 25, 1964 in Lubbock TX. Mrs. Adams worked for Walls Industry until the day they closed. She was also a correctional officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Wallace and Ware units. Her church home was East Side Church of Christ. She loved sewing, crocheting, and taking care of her grandchildren. She was was very proud of her work at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Her greatest life lesson was to stay strong and trust in God.
