Mr. Floyd Courtney was born July 27, 1955 in Colorado City, TX, to Walter Wayne and Judith Ann (Tutwiler) Courtney. Mr. Courtney is an Army Veteran, and entered the service in 1974. He would later end his term in 1977 in Fort Sill, OK.
