Glendena (Dena) Rae Bryant

Mrs. Glendena (Dena) Rae Bryant passed away on August 13, 2018 in Arlington, TX. .

Services for Mrs. Bryant will be held Saturday August 18, 2018 at 2 o'clock PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel with Reverend Kevin Huddleston officiating. Burial will follow at Ira Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale funeral home.

She was born on December 31, 1938 in Gorman, TX to Bob and Henrietta Dupree. Her family moved to Snyder, TX in 1947 and she lived there until 1959 when she married Ferrell Bryant and moved to Arlington. Graduating from North Texas State with a BA Degree in History and a teaching certificate, she taught Texas History at Handley Jr High School until leaving to devote herself to being a mother. Her family was her pride and joy. She had a knack for making others feel special. Always a teacher, she created lessons with everyday things and challenged others to think. She was an active member of Good Shepard United Methodist Church. She was a good mother, wife, and friend.

Visitation will be held Friday August 17, 2018 from 6 to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
