Horace Leonidas " Lonnie" Loper

Mr. Horace Leonidas "Lonnie" Loper, 88 of Lubbock, TX, formerly of Snyder died on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in Big Spring, Texas.

A graveside services for Mr. Loper will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019, at10 o'clock AM at Snyder Cemetery with Reverend Steve Highfield officiating. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Loper was born on December 20, 1930 in Sweetwater, TX to William Riley Loper and Nora Smith .He married Betty Mae Riley on September 18, 1950 in Portales, NM. She preceded him in death on March 10, 1985. He later married Willie Mae on April 17, 1997. She preceded him in death in January of 1998. Mr. Loper was a drilling supervisor for WestTx and DB Drilling Companies. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, camping and raising cattle. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports and being with his family.

Visitation will be held from 2 PM to 4 PM Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
