Mrs. Mary Josephine "Jo" Ashley, 96 of Snyder,TX died on Wednesday, December 02, 2020 at Goodlife Senior Living in Snyder.

Service for Mrs. Ashley will be held on Saturday. December 5, 2020 at 4 o'clock PM at First United Methodist Church. Internment will be at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ashley was born on October 04, 1924 in Kaufman, TX to Charles Bowen and Lottie (Bishop) Turney. She married Carl Truman Ashley on December 19, 1969 in Snyder, TX. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by Husband Woody Park. Mrs. Ashley was a member of First United Methodist Church and was a school librarian for Snyder Independent School District for 30 years. She graduated from Kaufman High School and received her degree from North Texas State Teacher College in Library Science.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 4, 2020 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
