Mr. John Henry "Jay" Hatfield, 85 of Snyder,TX died on Saturday, July 17, 2021 in Snyder.

A Graveside service for Mr. Hatfield will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Hillside Memorial Gardens with Reverend Steve Highfield officiating. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Hatfield was born on March 15, 1936 in Clarendon, TX to William McKinley and Luella (Gilespie) Hatfield. He worked in the oildfield for many years and then for SISD in maintenance until retirement. John was a simple, kind man who loved God and his family. He resided at Snyder Oakes Care Center until his death.

He is survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him very much.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
