Joyce Marie Widner

Ms. Joyce Widner, 71, of Snyder,TX died on Thursday, October 08, 2020 in Snyder after a brief illness. She was a loving mother and caring grandmother to her family. She never met anyone that she didn't like and she never turned down a cup of coffee. She was known as the holder of secrets. She loved to keep her grandkids laughing.

Services for Ms. Joyce Widner will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 2 PM at Bell Cypert Seale Chapel with Hospice Chaplain Kinney Robinson officiating. Internment will follow at Lovington Cemetery on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 2 PM with Matt Thackerson. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Ms. Joyce Widner was born on Tuesday, December 14, 1948 in Snyder, TX to Gilbert Ismael Widner and Edna Earl Dunn. She was a the loving caregiver for Stacy Browning of Snyder, TX for more than 20 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She is survived by:
Two sons Mr. Bennie Bohannon and Wife Dee Dee, Lovington, NM and Mr. Brian Bohannon and Wife Sandi, Lubbock, TX.
Two daughters Mrs. Sheila Garcia and Husband Ronny, Snyder, TX and Mrs. Sherry Maples and Husband Geoff, New Market, TN
One Brother in Law - Mr. Cecil Rhodes, Lovington, NM
One Aunt - Mrs. Marie Mosman, Brownwood, TX
16 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her sister Sue Rhodes, and brothers Clinton and Wayne Widner, and a grandchild Leah Clayton.

Pallbearers will be Bennie Bohannon, Brian Bohannon, Ronnie Garcia, Geoff Maples, Michael Bohannon, and Derrick Clayton.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 12, 2020 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
