Juanita L Hester

Mrs. Jaunita Hester, 88 of Snyder,TX died on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in Snyder.

Services for Mrs. Hester will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Ira Church of God with Reverend Rocky Alexander officiating. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hester was born on Tuesday, May 27, 1930 in Borger, TX to C. U. "Carl" Bishop and Thelma Louise Grant .She married Harold Pete Hester on November 4, 1948 in Snyder. He preceded her in death on August 7, 2009.

Juanita was a member of the Ira Church of God, where she was very active. She attended West Texas State University and was a board member to Mid America Christian University, where she had an honorary Doctorate in Humanities. She was and avid sports enthusiast who loved to watch and play all kinds of sports. She loved to play golf and was a member of the Snyder Ladies Golf Association. Juanita was also a rural mail carrier for many years.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
