Services for Mrs. Irwin will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 , at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Reverend Ron Davis officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Irwin was born on May 14, 1955 in Midland, TX to Robert and Hattie Laverne (Washburn) Tilley. She married Ronald on July 20, 1980 in Big Spring, Texas. They celebrated 41 years of marriage. Her life long career was grooming animals.
