Mrs. Julia Diaz Luera, 89 of Snyder,TX died on January 28, 2019 at Snyder Oaks in Snyder, Texas.

Services for Mrs. Luera will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019, at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Deacon John Bane officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Luera was born on January 08, 1930 in Gonzales, Texas. Her parents were Martin and Juana (Guerra) Pena. She married Victor Luera on January 06, 1953 in Colorado City. Julia was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt to a family who adored her. After settling in Snyder, Mrs. Luera retired from Dickies Warehouse Factory after 22 years. She enjoyed time spent with her family. All her life, she was a devout Catholic and enjoyed sharing her faith with others.
