A Graveside services for Mrs. Hogan will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell Cypert Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hogan was a resident of Wichita Falls the last 20 years.  She spent the majority of her life in Snyder, Texas.  She was very proud of the 22 years she spent working as a teller for Snyder National Bank.  She and her husband were part of the oil industry families in Snyder and owned and operated Hogan Welding and Backhoe Service for many years.

Mrs. Hogan's early years were spent in western Scurry County, near Knapp, Texas.  Her family owned farm land and raised cattle.  She was always quick to tell her family how she and her sisters rode a horse to a one-room schoolhouse come rain or shine.  She loved to barrel race on her horse, Patsy.  She also helped her father with farm chores everyday.  She later attended school in Snyder and was voted Miss Snyder High School of 1943.

She is survived by two sons: Judge Jim Hogan of Wichita Falls and wife Melissa; and Mike Hogan and partner, Jon Binsol, of Haslet, Texas.  Also surviving are six grandchildren:  Rob Hogan of Plano, Becky Hogan of Leander, Joel Hogan of Stonewall, Tracy Staats of Fredericksburg, Amy Borel of Livingston and Sara Hogan of Livingston.  Mrs. Hogan is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hogan was preceded in death by her Husband, Jimmie, (of 60 years),  three brothers and two sisters, and a great granddaughter, Addyson Grace Staats.

The family suggest memorial donations be made in honor of Mrs. Hogan to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Road, Wichita Falls, Texas, 76310
