Services for Mr. Kincheloe will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Donaho officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Kincheloe was born on Monday, October 30, 1933 in Hamilton, TX to Jonie and Willie Jeanette (Clover) Kincheloe. He married Veneta E. Hart on Friday, March 18, 1955 in Snyder, Tx.. Mr. Kincheloe was a self employed auto mechanic and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Big Spring, TX..
