Lou Etta Cox

Mrs.Lou Etta Cox, 88 of Buda,TX and formerly of Snyder died on Friday, September 9, 2022, at Ascention Medical Center.

A Graveside Service for Mrs. Cox will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs.Cox was born on October 21, 1933, in Stamford, TX, to William and Hallie (Dodd) Hardy. She married Walter E. Cox on June 12, 1952. He preceded her in death on June 1, 1995. She and her husband, Walter, owned and operated Minute Market in Snyder for many years.

She is survived by

1 daughter,

Ellen C. Melton Bilbo and husband Steven C., Austin, TX;

1 Son,

William A. Cox and wife Bonnie, Toddville, MD;

3 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her

Parents, William and Hallie Hardy;

3 Brothers,

Travis, Royce, and Robert Hardy; and

1 Sister,

LaRue Hardy Beauchamp.
