Martha Dee Banks

Mrs. Martha Dee Banks, 74, of Snyder, TX died on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Lubbock.

Services for Mrs. Banks will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home Chapel in Snyder with Brett Banks officiating. Interment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Martha Banks was born March 11, 1945 in Pyote, TX to Dewitt Patterson and Emma Gene (Boothe) Wells.  Mrs. Banks was a long-time Snyder resident.  She worked at Wal-Mart, Eckerd, and CVS in retail positions and also worked as a hairdresser.

She is survived by:

One Son - John Banks, Snyder, TX

One Sister - Pauline and Frank Alvarado, Snyder, TX

One Brother and Sister-in-Law - David & Vanetta Wells, Andrews, TX

Two Grandsons: William Banks of Austin, TX and Brett Banks of Dallas, TX

She was also survived my several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sons, Lee and Walter Banks.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
