Mrs. Mary Helen Brandon, 86 of Snyder,TX, died on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder.

A funeral service for Mrs. Brandon will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Colonial Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Ray Brandon and Hospice Chaplain Kinney Robinson and Gerald Dolphus officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Brandon was born on June 17, 1935, in Taylor, TX to McCoy and Mary (Chappell) Powell. She married Ernest L. Brandon on January 24, 1951, in Snyder, Texas. He preceded her in death on July 19, 1996. She was a teacher's aid at Central and East Elementary. She loved children especially those with special needs. She was a member of Colonial Hill Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and sister. Along with her own 4 children, she also raised Robert, Ann, Peggy, and Alana Patterson.
