Services for Ms. Taylor will be held on Monday, February 1, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Bell Cypert Seale Chapel with Reverend Jay Kincaid officiating. Interment will follow at Roby Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Nora Luna Taylor was born on October 8, 1960 in Union City, IN to Manuel Luna and Basilia (Cruz) Luna. More than anything, she loved her family. They brought her great joy.
