Norma Charlene Merritt

Mrs. Charlene (Odstrcil) Merritt, 89 of Hermleigh,TX died on Sunday, May 05, 2019 in Lubbock, Texas.

Services for Mrs. Merritt will be held on Wednesday, May 08, 2019, at 2:00 PM at Hermleigh First Baptist Church with Reverend Alan Culp officiating. Internment will follow at Hermleigh Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Merritt was born on December 14, 1929 in Hermleigh, TX to Charlie and Mary Elizabeth (Cumbie) Cargile. She married Charlie Odstrcil in January of 1947, he preceded her in death on March 7, 1959. She later married Ralph Merritt. She was a member of Hermleigh First Baptist Church and a mail carrier for the U. S.Postal service for a number of years,
