Ralph Newton Miller

Ralph Newton Miller, 93, of Fluvanna, TX passed away on December 22, 2024 at his home in Borden County, Texas. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 26 at 6:00 pm at Cypert Seale Funeral Home, Snyder, TX. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27 at the Miller Ranch Family Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend. Services are under the direction of Cypert Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Miller was born on September 8, 1931 in Snyder TX to Clyde and Bessie (Riley) Miller. He married Dewey Fay Everett on February 10, 1951 in Snyder. He was a member of the Gail Baptist Church. 

Ralph was a true cowman, running cattle on the Miller Ranch all his life. He had a quick wit and was always up for a prank or a good joke. He loved helping others and never expected anything in return. He showed his love for family and friends through selfless acts and kind words, and was always willing to share his endless wisdom with anyone. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his daughter Tammy Valentine and husband Mike of Fluvanna. Three grandsons, Miller Valentine and wife Jessica of Fluvanna, Miles Valentine and wife Madison of Snyder, and Merik Valentine and wife Skye of Lubbock. Six great grandchildren, Everly, Everett and Hayes Valentine of Fluvanna, Emerson and Presley Valentine of Snyder, and Halston Valentine of Lubbock.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dewey Fay Miller, daughter Becky Miller, sister Elizabeth Smith, and brothers Ritch and Riley Miller.
