Services for Mr. Medrano will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Raj Arokiasamy officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Medrano was born on September 08, 1947 in Sabinal, TX to Raymond and Elvira(Jimmenz) Medrano.
