Mr. Ricky Dean Harlan, 56 of Snyder,TX died on Saturday, December 01, 2018 in Lubbock, Texas.

Services for Mr. Harlan will be held on Wednesday, December 05, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home with Reverend Matt Lowery officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Ricky was born on Sunday, April 29, 1962 in Ada, OK to Roy and Sandra (Conn) Harlan.He married Regina Steelman on Saturday, August 16, 1986 in Snyder, TX. He was pipeline project manager for Kinder Morgan and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Regina was the love of his life and his family always came first. He was so proud of his girls and had a heart of gold.
