Mr. Roy Max Bennett Sr., 93, of Snyder, TX, passed away Friday, September 20, 2024, at his home in Snyder. A funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock PM, Monday, September 23, 2024, at Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel with Dr. Marty Akins officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Bennett was born on August 13, 1931, to Edgar and Mary Ann (Coppedge) Bennett in Rotan TX. Roy married Billie Jean Ulmer on December 3, 1955, in Rotan, TX. She preceded him in death on April 5, 2000. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a member of Colonial Hill Baptist Church. He worked for Baker Oil Tool for 34 years as a District Manager. He volunteered at the Senior Center and helped deliver Meals on Wheels for over 25 years, and he amassed over 30,000 hours of volunteer work. Mr. Bennett received many awards for Volunteer of the Year at the Senior Center. He was active in Church Builders for 28 Years, and active in Kairos Prison Ministry for many years.

and a Special Friend,
Chrissy.
He was preceded in death by his,
