Ruby Nell Allen

Mrs. Ruby Nell Allen, 90, of Snyder,TX died on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Allen will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Colonial Hill Baptist Church with Dr. Tommy Culwell officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Nell Allen was born on November 19, 1932 in Chillicothe, TX to Frank and Ruby(Custer) Hunt. She married James Allen on Thursday, December 20, 1951, in Chillicothe, TX. He preceded her in death on December 8, 1974 after 22 years of marriage. She was a member of Colonial Hill Baptist Church and loved attending her sunday school class. For many years, she worked at West Texas State Bank. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and a proud grandmother who went by "Nana."

She is survived by

Marsha Jo Hunt, Chillicothe, TX;

Gerald Hunt, Mustang, OK;

7 Great Grandchildren,

Rayleigh Phillips, Rowan Golden,  Indie Golden, Kael Garcia, Eden Galaviz, Ivy Garcia, and Aaliyah Galaviz.

She was preceded in death by her

Parents, Frank Hunt and Ruby Hunt;

Husband, James Allen; and

Son, Steve Allen.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
