Mrs. Chhun was born on January 10, 1955, to PA and Lach (Lay) Chhun in Takeo, Cambodia. She married Seran Reath on May 29, 1977, in Cambodia. She was a housewife and loving mother, grandmother, and Great-Grandmother.
