Trudie Christine Wood

Mrs. Trudie Christine Wood, 93 of Snyder,TX died on Monday, November 09, 2020 at Cogdell Memorial Hospital of Cardiac Arrest.

Services for Mrs. Wood will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Odom Chapel located at the First United Methodist Church in Snyder officiated by Reverend Ryan Ford. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wood was born on February 21, 1927 in Hopkins, TX to Jadie B and Dora I. (Boykin) Hambrick. She married Kenneth Wood on December 30, 1944 in Colorado City, TX. He preceded her in death on September 4, 2005. Trudie was a member of the First United Methodist Church. For 35 years she was the Scurry County Tax Collector and Deputy Clerk. She was also past president of the Texas Fireman's Auxiliary.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 1 PM to 2 PM in Wesley Hall at First United Methodist Church.
