Wanda Jean Falls

Wanda Jean Glass Falls passed away peacefully at Cogdell Memorial Hospital
on February 23, 2020.
Services for Mrs. Falls will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at
10:00 AM at Ira Baptist Church, Ira, Texas. Internment will follow at Ira
Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Wanda was born on August 6, 1934 in Pyron,TX, to E. E. "Link" and Bernice Glass
as the 4th of 5 children. Wanda graduated from Hermleigh High School in 1952.
After high school she met the love of her life, Billy "Joe" Falls. They celebrated
67 years of marriage on February 14, 2020. Wanda worked at North East Elementary as a school secretary for many years.
From 1974 - 1992, Wanda was the Assistant Director of Adult Education at Western Texas College.
She will always be remembered for making baby quilts for many babies in the
family and community. Wanda enjoyed many friendships over her lifetime. She enjoyed
the time she spent volunteering at Ira Baptist Church, Martha Ann Woman's Club, and
working elections. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Bill Glass, a brother
Rex Glass, and a sister Nell Wright.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Joe Falls, sister, Joy Wright of Andrews, TX,
children Marsha Sullenger (Larry) Snyder, TX., Andi Mason (JD) Andrews, TX., and
Paula Perry (Sid) Twin Falls, ID. Her grandchildren are Corey Mason (Karyn)
Carrollton, TX, Allison Hubbs (Phil) Twin Falls, ID, and Brooks Perry of
Guangzhou, China. Her great grandchildren are Kate Mason (Carrollton, TX),
Violet Hubbs, Maggie Hubbs, and Daphne Hubbs, all of Twin Falls, ID.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 6PM to 7PM at Bell-
Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
