Yelita Mae Freeman

Mrs.Yelita Mae Appleton Freeman, 88, of Midlothian,TX died on Saturday, March 16, 2019 in Mansfield, TX.

Services for Mrs. Freeman will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Hillside Memorial Gardens with Reverend Larry Rodgers officiating. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Freeman was born on July 26, 1930 in Como, TX to T.O. and Allie (Warren) Appleton. She married Joseph Audra "Joe" Freeman on March 30, 1947 in Odessa, TX. He preceded her in death August 19, 1986.

Mrs. Freeman was a McCamey High School Math teacher for 22 years. She was a member of Ziphron Temple No. 100, Daughters of the Nile for 24 years. She also served as Queen 2001/2002, Princess Banker 5 years, Princess Recorder 2 years, Supreme Temple as Escort to American Flag, Canadian Flag and Supreme Temple Banner. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star for 53 years and Worthy Matron of Hermleigh Chapter.
